Re: Pumping Up
I have had the same experience. I asked my implant surgeon and he had asked AMS about it, but never got an adequate explanation. I can try again in a few seconds an the bulb will be hard again. After about 10 months with my CX, I can say I am very happy with.

Re: Loss of inches after implant
I had my implant on 11/16/2011. Lost maybe 1/2 to 3/4 inch to 5 1/2 inch. Don't miss it at all...Penis is hard as rock and most importantly, my wife and I have great satisfaction from sex that we would not have without the implant. I think the obsession with length is a little over done. the woman G...

Success!!!!
We couldn't wait for the final followup visit to the implant surgeon. We tried out the new equipment last night. Wow! It works great! We did not miss the loss of maybe 3/4 inch in length and the soft gland. It brought back intimacy to our marriage and we are both so thankful for that. I think I am p...

Bend to the right.
I am now 5 weeks post surgery. Pump up the new device about twice a day to break it in. I have notice about a 15 degree bend to the right when fully inflated. Does anybody know what causes that and will it give me any problems in the future? I like to be a straight shooter.

Re: New member question
I had an implant done on 11/16/11. The doc decided during surgery to use a AMS 700 CX. He normally puts in a lGX, but felt my tissue was not flexible enough. I had 5 1/2 inches when I did the stretch test and that what the length was after surgery. that is about 3/4 inch short of natural erection. I...

Re: Here we go!!
I had hernia repair and a CX implanted on 11/16/2011. It was a "a piece of cake". Hardly any pain or discomfort.
Wishing you the same..

It is a CX
I finally found out what the doc implanted. It was a AMS CX. The doc called and said that the tissue was very firm and he thought I would do best with a CX rather than a LGX. I would guess the firmness of the tissue has something to do with the reason I had venous leak. Someone described it as tryin...

Re: Is this all worth it?
I think it would be a mistake to not get am implant based on what you read on this forum. i don't think the problems you read about are representative. I can tell you that I am now 18 days post op. I had no pain, very little swelling and i don't notice the extra hardware. I can pump it up and deflat...

I don't know what device the surgeon implanted...
When I ask the surgeon when I was in for my followup visit if he put a AMS LGX in or a CX in he couldn't tell me for sure. He said that he was pretty sure it was a LGX, but it didn't get put into the computer. He said he would get back to me. When I talked to his nurse on the next day, I asked her a...

Re: 10 days post surgery - pump question
I am now 16 days post op. The pump has pretty much stayed in the same place. Behind the testicles and about an inch from the top of the scrotum. I asked the surgeon if i should pull down on the pump and he said no that it is where it should be. I would think it is somewhat limited by how much it can...
