Re: Implant Should be Last Resort
Good luck Buckshot. To clarify my initial post. The erection is firm but it is different. You have to be a little carefull with it. My comment about not being able to be as rough was in reference to my wife, who, when on top, can get a little rough. When I was able to obtain a natural erection that ...

Implant Should be Last Resort
I am now 10 months post Titan OTR implant. It seems to be working as advertised and I have adjusted to the implant. Actually I do not think about it too much. My suggestion to those of you considering this option, you should exhaust all other options first. It does work but it is nowhere near as goo...

Re: UK - Brush of from the Urologist - maybe
Good luck RugbyDave. I had a RRP in 2007 and Titan implant in September 2011 with no problems. Because of the RRP the implant Uro made a separate incision to insert the reservour. He actually used the same RRP incision site so that I would not have another scar.

Curvature after Titan OTR implant
I was implanted with a Titan OTR in September 2011. I have developed a noticable curvature to one side when flacid. When erect not so much. It seems that because the cylinders are so stiff with the Titan the mere fact of tucking your penis in your pants, in my case to the left, results in the develo...

Re: Implanted on sept 21st 2011
I had my Titan implant 2 days before your surgery. First 2 1/2 months were uncomfortable but now feel great. Lost about an inch in length and have a nasty curve when deflated but straightens out when inflated. I was wondering if I made a mistake the first couple of months but feel good about the dec...

Re: Loss of inches after implant
I had Titan OTR implanted in September 2011 as well. Proably lost close to an inch in length, no change in girth. I am disappointed in the loss but my wife is happy so all in all, I can't complain.

Re: locateing the release vavle
You can go to the Coloplast website and you can see a picture of the Titan including the pump. The release valve on the Titan OTR is about 1' above the pump bulb in your scrotum. You can feel the release valve, it feels like two opposing blocks. Firmly squeeze them with your thumb and index finger t...

Re: Titan OTR Difficult to Pump and Release
Thanks Bob, I was not fully deflating. I finally, with squeezing to the point of being very painful, was able to fully deflate. Since my penis and scrotum have been sensitive since the implant surgery I have been reluctant (another phrase for being a pussy) to be forceful with both inflation and def...
