Re: Insurance will not cover implants

Virtually all large corporations pay their own claims and use insurance companies to process the claims and send them the bill. For me, my company uses Aetna and specifically added gender dysphoria coverage but not sexual dysfunction coverage. Gender dysphoria and sexual dysfunction are additional ...

Re: Insurance will not cover implants

So, does insurance not cover just the implant? Or both the implant and surgery? My memory fails me, but I feel like when I had my surgery in 2014, my insurance at the time wouldn't cover the implant, but they covered the surgery. Anything out of pocket I was able to finance, interest-free, with the ...

Holy cow! I'm wondering if I would've benefited from this. Does anyone know how much Dr Karpman leaves you inflated post op and for how long?

Which Surgeons Keep Implant Inflated Post Op

Hey all...just curious-which surgeons leave you inflated post op? How much inflated and how long? Seems like Dr Karpman is one of them. I was implanted by Dr Kramer and he did not. Thoughts on how this affects overall recovery?

Re: Anyone Here Not Satisfied with Getting Implant?

Thanks for the quick response! How many pumps are you, or others, able to get in? If in fact 40 pumps are standard, then yea, I'm way off. Because like I mentioned, at best, I can get about 19 pumps in.

Re: Anyone Here Not Satisfied with Getting Implant?

Hey all-I just wanted to bump this up and see if there are others not satisfied. I've been off of here since I was implanted with an AMS late 2014 at the age of 34. While pills worked, they gave me horrible migraines. I was happy with Tri-mix, but found it very cumbersome as a single guy trying to d...

Re: First Pump

My personal experience was that after my first time pumping up (about 6 weeks after the surgery) I was horrified that I stood at about 6 1/2 inches. But I pumped up every day and after a few months returned to my normal 8 inches. And I had a Coloplast Titan, which does not expand in length. KM THAN...
