I have posted this before. It is the exercise I used before my implant. It was developed on the peyronies society forum but it works for all types of penile problems with ED. I used an Augusta Medical w/Osborn rings for sex. You do not need a pressure gaguge if you follow this protocal. Hope it help...

It takes up to 18 months to completely heal from an IPP. I believe that your outcome will be much better than you think. Dr. Milam is the best in my book also.

At activation it it only the beginning you should see an increase in size over the next several weeks.
