Re: Need opiñon

I used injections for about 6 months, starting with normal trimix and then moving to the "super" version. By the time I really started getting serious about ED, it was essentially too late. I could get hard, but couldn't stay hard long enough for sex. It did work sometimes, so I tried to s...

Re: Poll: Who is experiencing Morning Wood after implant?

If I wake up in the middle of one of "those" dreams, I'll often be thicker and longer than normal flaccid, but not by much. Certainly nothing I would refer to as hard. Nice to feel, though, and I often wish I could go back to sleep and finish the activity from the dream. :)

Re: A couple of questions from a recent implantee

My surgeon has his patients start cycling at one week after surgery, but that's partially due to the particular approach he takes to the surgery. When I started it, in his office, I put about 7 pumps in and thought it looked good. He said "do you think that's hard now, and that's the right numb...

Re: What is or was your cycling with Perrito excercises routine?

My surgeon told me to inflate the implant 4 times each day for the first year, for a half hour each time. I did that and the LGX 700 grew over an inch in length. I didn't hear about the Perito techniques until about 9 months into that regimen, but my doctor also told me to inflate to the maximum pos...

Re: Guys with lgx 18cm and RTE 3cm

That's exactly what I got almost 3 years ago. After surgery, I was not at 5 inches. After a year of cycling, I was over 5 and 3/4. All of us are different, though. It depends on internal anatomy as well as external. YMMV. Quincy. @Quincy can you post also your flaccid length? I have a similar impla...

Looking for a malleable demo online or show & tell

Hello all. I've had my inflatable over 5 years now and have loved it. I'd do it again in a heartbeat. However, due to a complication not related to the function of the implant, it looks like I'll need to have a replacement. My thought is to go back to the same doctor and get the same implant, but it...

Re: For those who used a VED prior to implant...

I had my surgery over 4 years ago. Dr. Karpman in Bay Area. I'd been without erections for around a decade, so atrophy was a huge problem. Dr. Karpman told me to get both a VED and a traction device. The VED was a 2" by 9" tube, which I had to upgrade to the next size larger in diameter af...

Re: should I go alone

I travelled 12 hours by car for my surgery, but was held overnight at the hospital. When released the next day, my wife drove me to our hotel. I'd have been very uncomfortable and a poor driver for the opiate hangover, and I only had the one they gave me right after surgery. Also, like most men, I w...

Re: I think I am screwed for a good surgeon in San Diego

It's worth traveling for to get the right surgeon, as well. I live in Idaho and traveled to Silicon Valley to get Dr. Edward Karpman, after interviewing several different surgeons. It was 12 hours by car, but worth it to me. I don't know your insurance at all, but if they also handle surgeons in oth...
