I always bend my 31G needles after injectiong to prevent reuse. I have never had one break even after this abuse. i have had a few dull needles and have pitched a few loaded ones after i thought they might had been damaged during the piercing of the vial cap. 31G 5/16 pushed in as far as you can.

I totally agree with Shipper. Some stimulation and or addition of oral meds makes it much easier to avoid veins and the reaction is faster.

I think that both size and severity of the problem are factor in dosage. I am able to function with a lot of stimulus to a nearly usable degree with self stimulation.
