No longer bruising. The red spot disappeared. I think I was using the pump incorrectly at the beginning and I'm getting used to it now. I was ready to give it up until I read some of the posts on FT and it helped me immensely. I can now get an erection in less time. Thanks.

Once or twice a day until I achieve erection. Takes a couple of minutes. I use the constriction ring also. I'm experimenting with the correct size. I started with the second largest and now I'm using the second smallest. I leave it on for a couple of minutes.
