I too had a lot of trouble the first week very hard to pump could only get about three or four pumps at best and hard to find the deflate button. I have Blue Cross Fl, paid for all except co-pay $341 LGX 700. After 4 months I am the same size maybe a a little larger. Sensitivity is better because you don't have to worry about loosing your erection.

I had my implant, AMS 700 LGX June 1st, but due to lots of swelling and bruising the Doctor waited till Aug 1st to activate. smitrowe, Saw Dr. well his assistant, anyway he said that was normal in many and everything would loosen up and fall in place in time, could take up to 4 months. I find it very hard to pump up and even harder to release. His answer was practice.
