After RP surgery I used injections, in time I developed peyronies. The peyronies caused a 90 degree straight up turn. My implant straightened me out allot and works fine, but between the RP and peyronies the size was reduced. I wish I would have skipped the needle and just got the implant.

Re: Implant for ED and Peyronies (PD)
Tom, I too had RP. I used injections for a while and developed peyronies with a 90 degree upward turn. I had an AMS 700cxr implant, and now left with just a slight curve.

Re: Got implanted and noticed a small problem...
Nick, usually the implant will take care of the peyronies. It really depends on the severity of the curve and scar tissue. I myself had considerable scar tissue and a 90 degree straight up bend. For this reason I was implanted with a AMS 700cxr. Unlike a LGX, it has no length expansion and is very r...

Re: AMS LGX ADVICE
SteveH, it’s pretty common for the bulb to feel extremely hard at first. Grab the tubing above the pump, and bring the bulb toward the outside skin. In this manner you control the bulb from getting away from you, and can get a good squeeze on it. Just hang in there and keep trying, it will get easie...

Re: New here: my implant consideration
C_Lab, Welcome to the site. I would be cautious of the injections. I know they have worked fine for some for many years, but in my case caused peyronies. I had already lost size from prostate surgery and then more from the peyronies.

Re: Activation Question
If you do not get the pop, hold the deflate button for a few seconds and try again. This works for me, when I’ve experienced the same problem. As far as the pump being hard it will get easier, it just takes a little time.
