Now after 15 or so years with the implant and just a few fewer of an artificial urinary sphincter I quit opening the urinary sphincter and use Men's Guards during the day...

Hello, my pump is on my left side and is an inch or so from the top of the scrotum. The testical is mostly below and behind the pump which is forward. My pump and my left ball get along nicely.
