All the three ingredients used in the Trimix are approved by the FDA for ED treatment. Typically, a pharmacy mixes those in the desired ratio of the ingredients, as prescribed by a physician. I would have no hesitation in using trimix at the recommendation of a urologist.

I just started giving myself injecting with 40 units of Alprostadil about a week back with good results and have found that using Inject-ease (which holds the syringe and the needle) easier to use than it may have been otherwise (the pharmacy included that as part of the starter kit).
