I have the AMS 700 LGX. Pump type. Personally I would not recommend the maleable rod type.

My first implant was an AMS700CX it was implanted 03/07/1995 and lasted until 05/12/2012. My second implant is An AMS700LGX.surgery was 09/12/2012. Not too worried about this one failing

My first implant would cause the same problem to my wife. My angle was pointing slightly down too. let off a little implant pressure that will relieve some of the downward pressure your penis is putting on your partners vagina.

Do a Google search on Dr Perito of Miami FL. He only does Titan implants and specializes in implants. I don't know anything about prices. His web pages are very impressive

Yes 17 years 2 months. The ironic thing is I had been thinking how lucky I was that the implant was still working. Yes, I had an AMS700CX implant installed in 03/1995. It developed a leak,I think it was in tubes going into the pump. All the fluid was lost. The only option was to replace the entire implant as there was no way to know where the leak is. Im now 4 weeks post op with a new AMS700LGX. However, I have ...
