Re: YEEHAW!! Have Approval and a March 7th Date

Sorry I haven't logged on in forever. I've been doing just fantastic though. Everything works perfect and I feel like it is even better than before my RP. There were times where it wouldn't get up real hard or stay up as long as I would have liked. Now I decide when and for how long, and that's what...

Re: YEEHAW!! Have Approval and a March 7th Date

So here is my 4 month update, everything is perfect. I have been using it since week five, with my wife at least 3 - 4 times a week, and after 35 years of marriage, that is saying alot. She enjoys it, and I enjoy it. There has been NO pain, since I started with it in week five. I pump it up as far a...

Re: Odds of prolonged ED from radical prostatectomy . . .

I had my DaVinci nerve sparing RP in March of 2010. I had no naturally occurring hardon from that day forward. Oral medications did nothing and I had some bad experience with injections. Finally settled on VED until my Implant exactly 3 years to the day of my RP. The implant in March 2013 was the be...

Re: new implant

Irish guy something doesn't sound correct for you. I am working on my 11th week post surgery and have been using it since week five. My wife and I are making love 4 - 5 times a week. We do not use lubricant and I have no problem pushing it in. When pumped up I am hard all the way into the glans, and...

Re: TYPE OF SURGERY

I had a scrotal incision about 2.5 - 3" long in the seam. Now that it is healed it just looks like the seam again, not a scar. Almost no swelling with the procedure. Oh I also had a horizontal incision on my abdomin for the resevoir.

Re: POLL ABOUT EDEMA POST IMPLANT

Gary I had hardly any swelling at all. There was some bruising but not much swelling. I think everyone heals differently though, and I'm sure the way the procedure is performed also plays into it. Day four was the most sore day for me and then there was great improvement every day thereafter. After ...

Re: YEEHAW!! Have Approval and a March 7th Date

Thanks yee haw What do you tell people ( like I do not want To broadcast it ) :-) I actually told quite a few people, because I'm not embarassed at all. Actually I'm pretty proud of it. Those I did not want to tell I just told I was having some corrective surgery related to my RP 3 years ago. The g...

Re: Still thinking about getting an Implant.

I went in yesterday for my 10 week check up. All is great and I have been trying to wear it out since week five. My wife and I are making love 4 - 5 times a week and have been since week five. Doc says he doesn't need to see me again for a year. This was the best thing I ever did since having my Pro...

Re: YEEHAW!! Have Approval and a March 7th Date

Hi Ronde, I was off exactly 4 weeks, only because I took the week of the surgery off as vacation. I was off for three weeks after the surgery. I thought I felt good enough to go back after 2 weeks, but since I already had the time approved I took the full 3 weeks. When I did go back, I was glad I st...
