AMS aid for replacement
Because of an apparent bad pump or seal in the device I got in Nov, 2015, my doctors office called this morning and offered to either replace the whole device or live with it deflating after about 10 minutes. I am going to get it replaced and was wondering if anyone knew or ever heard of AMS offerin...

Re: What does a penile implant cost?
I am looking at a possible revision since my initial implants is leaking or losing pressure someplace. I called Dr. Eid and Kramer and since I'm on Mecicare was quoted 3 and 4 grand respectively my cost on 1/7/16.

Re: Pumping up to max
As a follow up to my comment yesterday on the device deflating, while waiting for my doctor to call, I received a call from Boston Scientific who makes the device and after describing to them what was happening the rep told me he thought I had a leak and would need to have a replacement device. I do...

Re: AMS LGX - how hard is it to pump the bulb??
Hi, as someone seven weeks post-op, the initial pumping is very hard but with repeated tries it will eventually get easier. I still have not experienced the pump pop as some describe it but the pump is getting softer and I can inflate the device. As I was instructed and told, keep trying and it will...
Re: AMS MS
Thanks for the reply as well as the advice. I thought something was wrong with either me or the device from reading on the forum about folks who start pumping after only a few weeks. Your advice about doing what's comfortable for me was something I had forgotten when reading from folks who it seems ...
AMS MS
I am really having a hard time pumping the AMS ms device I had implanted six weeks ago. I went for my first pump up at the doctor's office on Friday and the PA also had a hard time but did manage after a lot of effort on his part and a lot of pain on mine to get it inflated, not a 100% but enough to...
