I am using a medical pump. Its the Pos-T-Vac MOS model and yes I do shave and put a lot of gel to make sure the vacuum process do well. This couple days, the penis get a little bigger (but not enough at all for intercourse) .... I still dont use the ring right now (Not enough confortable to do that)...
