Tintagle -- Have you tried Bimix?
Bimix is used when men experience pain in their penis after injecting.
It does not contain the drug prostaglandin that many men are sensitive to that causes the pain.

Re: Bruising
Bruising can result from not compressing the injection site. Be sure to pull the needle straight out; do not twist or jerk it out. Then hold your alcohol wipe at the injection site and squeeze the penis for 3 to 5 minutes.

Re: Alternative Ways of Using Trimix?
Injecting is the only way of getting the medicine into the corpus cavernosum where it needs to be. I'm surprised squirting Trimix in the urethra worked at all. And MUSE suppositories are only effective for about 30 to 50% of men, whereas Trimix injections are effective for 90% of men. MUSE is also i...

Trimix can work for you and probably will. It works for 90% of men. It also can work for men who lost both nerve bundles.

Re: I CANNOT orgasm
I agree with Paul. You've got to stop worrying about it, stop focusing on it, stop putting pressure on yourself. That’s where the toy, vibrator, cock ring helps. Just enjoy the moment, enjoy what’s going on. Get a fantasy in your head (even something really “naughty”; whatever gets you off). You mig...

Re: I'm Confused
ShopMan – Welcome to Frank Talk. You’ll have to see what your Uro says, if not Trimix, he may offer you Caverject, which is 100% Alprostadil and comes pre-filled so you won’t have to draw the medicine from a vile into a syringe. Insurance sometimes covers Caverject. It’s somewhat easier for Uro’s de...

Re: increasing dosage
In your quest for that final 20%, I would advise that you have patience and take it slowly, increasing the dose only a little each time – or you might end up taking an unwanted trip to the ER. I’m afraid that you’ll find the duration will increase as you bump the dosage up and if you’re already at 1...

Re: First trial Trimax shot
Wow 27g??? No wonder it felt like a bee sting! I use a 29g 1/2 - I recommend you get a 29g or 30g needle and a 0.5cc syringe. The half cc syringe will allow for a finer adjustment on you dosage and since you got 90 minutes from 0.2cc I don’t think you’ll need the larger capacity syringe. -- Tigerfan

Re: First trial Trimax shot
I certainly don’t jab it in, nor do I push slowly. I touch the needle to the skin at the injection site; then push it all the way in, push the plunger and then pull the needle straight out. Here are the instructions I got from Dr. Mulhall: The proper injection site is around the middle of the shaft ...
