I agree with the rest of the guys. Sticking a needle into one or both of those cylinders is a really bad idea. I have an implant would never even consider the idea of injecting it. I got mine at 77. I am now 80. My wife loves it. I love it. It gets used probably on average twice a week. She is 79 now and we hope this thing lasts until I am at least 90. If we are blessed to live that long.
My advice to you is don't wait any longer. That is if you health permits surgery.
