Re: post surgery
Can someone describe what post surgery is like? e.g., do you need a catheter? how long does it take to recover? how much pain and discomfort is involved during recovery? Risk of infection? etc. Thanks!

First injection very painful
I saw a new urologist who said it was okay to use injection while having Peyronie's Disease. He gave me a shot at the lowest dose and said I had a strong good reaction and Rx'd higher dose for home use. Problem is is that it hurt like hell the injection did. Burning sensation that lingered. That was...

Re: Gay Frank Talk members?
I saw a new urologist about one month ago. Haven't posted as I was very sick with near pneumonia. He felt there was no reason not to have me try an injection even with PD. He injected me and it hurt like hell. Wasn't expecting that much pain given what I'd heard. I got sick a few days later and am o...

Peyronie's Disease and injections
The first urologist I saw a few weeks ago wrote me back to say that penile injections can cause Peyronie’s Disease (which I have) and are counter indicated re: using caverject injection.
Does this ring true? Anyone have any knowledge on this subject?
Thanks, Raven

RE: urologist in san francisco
Looking for a urologist in SF to discuss injections. I've been given some names but they are a good hours drive and because of other health problems (CFS) I can't drive far on the highways.
Thanks! mike

RE: Urologist in San Francisco
Hi, Looking for the name of a good urologist to discuss injections in san francisco. I've been given a name or two outside the city but because of various ills I can't drive on highways these days. The only one of seen just emphasized how painful they are LOL And I know now that's not true. Thanks! ...
