Funnily enough yes I do get some engorgement and have retained a little function although not enough for maintain an erection for long enough. Probably going to have my implant removed and its been a waste of time unfortunately but I think I have just been unlucky.

Since I had my implant I developed severe PE and produce lots of pre cum ! In my case I think the implant has made my penis even more sensitive.

HI mate, i just find it keeps sleeping out and im sure its due to the angle. It pointed stright out when i first had it done about 3 years ago and sex was fine then but since its drooped i keep slipping out !

Hi - has anyone ever had or heard of revision surgery to improve the erection angle of an implant?
My implant works fine mechancically but the erection angle makes having the implant a waste of time.
If the angle can be improved through corrective surgery I would definately consider it.

Ive definately urinated more since surgery, as if my bladder weakend, try figure that out ! I also developed chronic PE since surgery.

Mine is straight up when lieing down but below horizontal when standing up, not sure if i need corrective surgery or not.

On further inspection mine is actually at 45 degrees, i.e mid way below pointintg straight out and straight down. My penis always slips out during intercourse and I think that may be the reason.
