Re: Does Name Brand Surgeon Matter?

Maybe one way to see if a doc does enough surgeries would be to find out how long it would take you to get a surgery scheduled. My doc is under the radar, and I couldn't get in for 2 or 3 months. The day of my surgery, he did 1 or 2 others. I think he operated one day a week, but I don't know. I did...

Re: Want some advice at 42 years old..

To everyone, please remember that you'll look short due to the swelling at the base. Any length measuring after surgery will not be accurate. That's an interesting bit of information that I didn't realize. I had very minimal swelling at the base or in the testicles. The more I learn, the more I rea...

Re: Want some advice at 42 years old..

With a competent surgeon and no preexisting issues, you won't lose length and may possibly gain some girth.
I worry that some high volume guys might let a student do the measuring.
I was the same size as you, and was at that size the first time I cycled.

I think when you meet and care for the right woman, you'll become caring.
I do wish you luck.

Re: LGX 700 Life Expectancy? 1,872 cycles on mine.

I'm about 5 3/4 years in and cycle nearly every day, lately, every day and occasionally twice. I guess maybe 2k cycles. I asked my wife yesterday if she thought I have a sex problem. She said one a day is enough for her, and didn't think I have a problem. Life is good, and I owe so much to the impla...

Re: Pain At Tips

If it's moderate discomfort, I think it's a sign that you were slightly aggressively sized.
I had that and after a while, it went away, and I gained a little length when I adjusted to them.

Re: Need Input on Surgeon and Model

I can't ever remember hearing about weaker erections, one of Clavell's concerns. 1. AMS or Titan? I’m leaning toward the AMS for its comfort, better concealability when flaccid, and the quieter pump. Additionally, it puts less pressure on my thinner penile tissues due to its narrower cylinders. Howe...

I had Dr Avila at Ironwood Urology in Ahwatukee.
He sized me perfectly and I believe that's the most important thing.
I'm sure he's a high volume surgeon, but he flies under the radar.
I live in Tempe.

Re: Devastating Length Loss

When I read horror stories like this, I thank my lucky stars that I had a surgeon who knew how to size me. I had no preexisting conditions, and VEDed faithfully right up to surgery day. The first time I cycled, I was at my lifelong length. Since then, I have picked up close to 1cm. I did feel slight...
