I received the insurance companies reply to my appeal. The have denied my appeal, so I have called and cancelled my surgery today. I am not sure where to go from here.

The scheduled the surgery saying that if the insurance would not pay for the procedure payment plans were available. The clinic called and said that they had given the insurance company all of the information that was available. If I still wanted the procedure then I would have to appeal the insuran...

Just learned from the insurance company they will not approve surgery due to an ED clause. I am going to get the doctor to appeal the ruling on grounds of peronei's treatment being the need for the implant, not ED. I will not be able to afford the surgery without insurance approval. I guess pain dur...
