Re: Injection ingredients
Thanks, I've read Wedgewood's descriptions and there isn't a lot of what I'm looking for other than Papaverine increases duration but may cause fibrosis while PGE1 increases firmness but may cause pain. I'm still looking for a more comprehensive analysis.

Injection ingredients
Could anyone point me to a reference or tell me themselves about why compounders even use the different drugs in injections and what the tradeoffs are? For example, I've read that prostaglandin E1 (PGE-1) has less of a tendency to cause scarring but can cause pain at the injection site (it hasn't fo...

Re: Priapism!
I had the same thing happen. I wouldn't worry about it. I've had longer erections without any consequences. I understand the rule of thumb is if it's not turning blue and isn't painful there's no reason to panic. By the way, I'm now using 30 units of PGE-1 with a very satisfactory two hour erection ...

Re: Staxyn -- new drug
It's kind of a lightweight drug. My Uro said they call it the "one and done" pill. Didn't do much for me but I haven't had much success with PDE5 inhibitors. I also never liked the the "hangover" feeling I get from these types of drugs. Injections so far offer fewer side effects ...

traveling with full syringe?
Anyone have any experience with taking a syringe full of injection instead of a vial on a trip? I bought a Frio carrier but so far have been carrying a vial around in a small thermos and blue ice which stays cold for over 12 hours. I was wondering if there are any reasons not to keep injection in a ...

Re: PGE1 unpredictable results - update
Hmmm...no responses...that's what I thought - this injection business is part science and part many other factors. By way way of an update - did 70 units the other night and had 4 hours of amazing love making. Starting to think it has something to do with the injection and state of mind. I took more...

PGE1 unpredictable results
I've done about 5 injections of PGE1 with some wildly varying results. One time 50 units gave me an hour, another time 60 units gave me three hours and most recently a little over 60 units didn't even give me a usable erection. What am I missing? Is it the injection itself, the setting, something el...

Upate
After the trimix experience my doctor decided to downscale to PGE1. First he called in a prescription for Edex which the pharmacy wanted $950 for 3Ml after we figured that wouldn't work for me he called in an order for PGE1 to a compounder who charged a more reasonable $90 for 5Ml. First injection w...

Bad Trimix experience
I was having very intermittent success with PDE5 inhibitors like Viagra so we decided to go with injections. I think my issues are mostly psychological since I have healthy nocturnal erections. My urologist injected me with 40 units .4 ml(?) of Trimix and was rock hard in minutes but after 41/2 hour...
