I think its a Ford - Chevrolet situation; both ok with small differences. I got the AMS 700 because my Dr preferred it - He said the cylinders were more flexible and plyable and therefor more comfortable after implant. I don't know if exclusive use by a Dr gets a discount form the Manufacturer, but ...

Ep, Billy Lee - my research showed far less recovery times using the infrapubic approach. See my post on the implants thread today: "up and at it in three weeks"

My conclusions from reviewing Dr. Perito's info were mixed. He seems to have a streamlined approach, but the impression I got was he did it to do as many billable procedures a day as possible.
