It’s been a while since anything new has been launched.
I think Avanafil was probably the last.
What new treatments are in development or under trial?

Re: Udenafil: my experience.
I am going to try a new PDE-5 inhibitor called udenafil (brand name Zudena) and I will keep you guys posted on the results. I don't want to get too carried away this time because my previous experience with apomorphine was a fiasco but I am optimistic. Udenafil is not approved in the United States ...

Re: Response progression
1. Erection in about 5 minutes. 2. Yes. I need more on the right side but not sure why. Also closer to the base works better for me. 3. No stimulation needed. 4. No. I have a great erection all throughout sex. Sex usually lasts 25-45 minutes. About 10 minutes after finishing I'll start to go soft. ...

Re: Response progression
1) about 30 sec - 1 min. Injected side gets hard first causing pronaunced curve but the rest catches up quickly. 2) some variation based on injection site. Closer to base works best, 3:00 & 9:00 work best. 3)not sure of I need it. But I try to spread meds evenly with massage. 4)very firm all th...

Response progression
I’m interested in a few different aspects of guys responses to ED injections. 1) How long on average does it take to to get a full erection after injecting? ( About 4 to 5 minutes in my case.) 2) Does your response vary and why? (I have never noticed any variation based on time of day or injection s...

Re: Problems with achieving orgasm - L/T effect of injections?
I used trimix for a couple of years and had the same problem but I think my issue with it is more mechanical than side effect related. For one thing 8 units of trimix made me so hard I literally could not feel anything in the head or the shaft - nothing. I could thrust for 30 minutes and get nothin...

Re: Problems with achieving orgasm - L/T effect of injections?
Rich, I have been on trimix for two years and I have noticed that starting about 3 or 4 months ago I could not have an orgasm while having vaginal sex or getting oral sex. It has also become difficult to have one while masterbating as well. You will read on this forum from a lot of guys who are hav...

Invicorp - becoming more common in in the U.K.?
I started using injections for my ED nearly 3 years ago. While I was very responsible to Caverject, I had an unpleasant first 6 months because of the pain. Eventually, and as a consequence of my own research, I went back to the local NHS GP and initiated a conversation about Invicorp. It was clear t...

Problems with achieving orgasm - L/T effect of injections?
I thought about whether I should post here or in the Anorgasmia thread. Maybe I’ll try there as well... Here’s my issue. I’ve been a long term injector ( coming up to 3 years now ) and it’s been a fairly frequent event ( 3+ times per week). It’s clear that achieving orgasm is becoming more difficult...
