Re: Diabetics with "nonresponsive" Erectile Dysfunction--anyone had luck with PT-141?
I I have been diabetic for 30 years and developed ED 12 years ago. tried PT141 several years ago which definitely increased my libido, but did nothing for my erection which left me with a lot of desire but nothing to do about it.

Re: Mack truck collision every morning
As mentioned, a urologist should be guiding you through the steps of progression. As my diabetic induced ED progressed, I started with Viagra, working my way up from 25 mgs up to 100 mgs. When Viagra stopped being effective, I moved on to Trimix injections working my way up from 25 units to 70 units...

Re: ED opinions
Early stages of a venous leak can be over come with Viagra and Cialis and more severe cases of VL can be over come with Trimix injections. However, if the VL continues to worsen even these remedies become ineffective at which point either a medical grade penis pump or an implant are the remaining so...

Re: Are injections worth it?
When 200 mgs of Viagra became ineffective, Trimix gave me three more years of hard erections but, alas, they too became ineffective and I now rely on a medical grade VED. However, the three years of effective injections (2 - 3 times/week) was well worth it and I highly recommend Trimix.

Re: If you get hard with porn and it lasts more than 10 mins, your ED is mostly psychological.
Probably a venous leak in combination with diabetic neuropathy. In any case, I have been unable to achieve an erection for over five years even combining 70 units of Trimix with 200 mgs of Viagra. However, a can achieve and maintain an erection with the use of a VED and two Osbon tension bands, thou...

Re: How long do most people use their VED
Depends on the vacuum level. I have a vacuum gauge on my pump. In order to avoid excess edema, I found I could go up to 20 minutes at 5 hg and up to 45 minutes at 4 hg.

Re: New to the pump.
I have been pumping for over ten years. My good Soma electric Pump broke about six months ago so I am now using my back-up, the ImpoAid. Though my dick is well conditioned, I need to pump at least 15 to 20 times in order to get a decent erection. I also usually pump up to 30 times or more to obtain ...

Re: Safe / Ideal Vacuum Pressure?
I regularly go on several penis enhancement sites and it seems the consensus seems to be (after conditioning your dick at lower vacuum levels and shorter times) in order to prevent excess edema you should limit the vacuum to under 5 hg (175 mlb) and 20 minutes. That being said, I often increase the ...

Re: Pump for sex
Once viagra and injections stopped being effective, using a VED is the only way I can achieve an erection. I also had to move up to two Osbon bands. The constriction causes my erection to start to loose sensitivity after ten minutes and after 10 to 15 minutes there is no sensitivity. As a result, I f...

Re: Do Osbon rings really work?
I have lost track of which one is which so I put them on randomly and I haven’t noticed a difference in erection quality. However, putting the lower tension on the outside makes sense for ease of removal.
