Re: Were our implants unnecessary? (New VL Procedure)
It doesn't work unfortunately. The studies you cited are quite old

AMS-Clavell all the way. I did Titan-Eid for my first implant and wish I didn't. I think you'll enjoy an AMS much more

Re: Anatomical Factors That Contribute to Dog Ears with the Titan Implant
I don't know if this topic has been covered in before. I’m trying to understand what type of penile anatomy is more prone to experiencing dog ears with the Titan implant. From what I’ve gathered, it seems like factors such as flaccid girth, length, and the amount of tissue in the flaccid state migh...

Re: Implant with Worsening Sensation
First time seeing this compliant. Is this common? Wolf, how can you tell your tissue has atrophied? Did you notice overall shrinkage? Would injecting with a filler fix this? The glans engorges less and feels thinner, tissue in certain spots around the shaft feels thinner as well like less meat betw...

Re: Implant with Worsening Sensation
you aren't the only one, i also made a post a while ago about this very topic. i started losing sensation after my 1st year and now its barely pleasurable. my theory was that it was due to my much larger flaccid and having the sensitive skin rub the inside of my pants all the time, so i embarked on...
