Re: TomFords Joruney
Hello men. Long time since updating the log. It'll be 6 months since getting implanted on the 2nd of January. Time flys! I finally got surgery to get the pump position adjusted on Monday morning passed there. It's still swollen a lot down there but I can tell already it's made a massive difference. ...

Re: TomFords Joruney
Hello men. Apologies for not updating the log in such a long while. I've been super busy with a new job and I've been putting off updating this until Dr Kramer gets back to me about doing the pump adjustment but he's on holidays until the 20th of October. This is the first time I've logged on here i...

Re: TomFords Joruney
8 weeks post op: Hello men. Today is 8 weeks from surgery and I'm becoming very accustomed to life with a bionic wang. The pain on inflation has been getting less and less and every few days it takes more pumps to feel the pain in the glans where the tips are pushing into the tissue which I assume i...

Re: Very difficult time inflating, as well
This method of forcing more fluid into the cylinders has worked for me.
After the easy pumps at the start of inflation stop try giving it a few seconds and then give it a rapid double pump with a few seconds between each time.

Re: TomFords Joruney
@Alishan: The surgery cost $20k which is roughly £12,000, that's less than 6 months saving on the average UK salary so in the grand scheme of things it's not a life changing amount. Also in the UK very few people have health insurance, we have the national Heath service which is free at the point of...

Re: Activation - inflation pain / discomfort
@tryified Good to hear you've started to inflate. I started about 14 days ago and every thing you're saying sounds exactly what I was thinking after the first few days of inflation. For me the pump felt incredibly stiff and I could barely get 5-6 squeezes in and the cylinders didn't seem to be very ...

Re: driving after implant surgery
I can only speak personally but I sure wouldn't of been able to drive home the next day. I was driven from the hospital at 12 o'clock the day after surgery for about half a mile and every bump in the road was agony.

Re: TomFords Joruney
Thanks for the encouraging words Charlie. It's great to hear you're loving life with your new implant. I too am very excited about the future with unlimited wood :) I actually saw you post on here a few days before my op and assured my mother who was very worried that a gentleman in his 80s on here ...

Re: TomFords Joruney
He does both. There's a good video on his YouTube channel comparing them. I said I'd prefer the AMS device as it looks slightly more natural in the flaccid state.

Re: TomFords Joruney
@chaz No prob and yeah, having a rock hard meat sword on que certainly helps the confidence :) @Thailand good question about the deflation. I'm not sure if I'm getting full deflation. I'm having no problems using the deflate button and I feel and slightly hear the fluid transfer and the pressure go ...
