Re: DRUGS VERSUS HERBS, HERBS MY CHOICE
I use L-Citrulline (precursor to Arginine) and Grape Seed Extract. They are two of the best nitric oxide producing supplements available.

Re: Venous Leak
Thanks for the testimonial dtwarren.
I'll certainly keep it in mind. Maybe at some point I'll throw some money down and see how it compares to my current ring. I don't doubt that it's great, it's just hard to throw money at something that may not even fit when I already have a sufficient ring.

Re: Venous Leak
I have not tried Obson bands for a couple reasons. They cost between $20-60 for one band (at least on the site I found them). And they seem too small. A lot of the reviews I read mention needing a bigger size they don't make. I'm pretty girthy at 6 inches in circumference so I don't know if they'd w...

Re: Venous Leak
I am aware of the warnings. They do concern me slightly. I know L-Citrulline is a far more gradual increase in nitric oxide in comparison to L-Arginine, so I'm assuming the risk of combining it with a PDE5 is less. I take Grape Seed Extract (400 mg) and Citrulline (2.5g) daily and only a PDE5 when I...

Re: Venous Leak
They both promote blood flow via nitric oxide production. L-Citrulline is the precursor to L-Arginine, and has been shown to increase Arginine blood plasma levels more efficiently than Arginine itself. Grape Seed Extract is very similar to Pycnogenol (just way less expensive), is one of most potent ...

Re: Venous Leak
I have moderate venous leak. I'm still able to have sex with the right combo of tools.
I use a PDE5, Grape Seed Extract, L-Citrulline, and a constriction ring. That is the best combo I've found so far.
That mix gives me a solid erection I'm able to maintain during sex.

Re: Supplements that increase PDE5 effectiveness?
I think you read it wrong. It does delay it but not inhibit it. Grapefruit juice both delays and increases absorption of PDE5s.
It increases absorption by about 23% according to the findings I've seen.

Supplements that increase PDE5 effectiveness?
I've read that Grapefruit Juice and Pomegranate can increase absorption of PDE5's by a significant margin. I've also read that they can be dangerous too though. Potential for priapism and a hazardous drop in blood pressure. I have not tried either and don't plan too. BUT... I take daily combo of L-C...

Daily PDE5 for penile rehabilitation??
Read some research that suggests taking a daily PDE5 inhibitor for and an extended period of time could potentially reverse ED due to prostate surgery, venous leak, and other serious issues. The stuff I read was mainly involving prostate surgery patients but it mentioned venous leak quite a bit too....

Re: Best tension ring for moderate venous leak??
Thanks for the responses. Honestly I've tried around my whole package and just on the base, and it seems to work far better when its just around the base. Though it does suppress ejaculation quite a bit. I guess I'm not exactly sure how tension rings work for other guys. Do they completely stop outf...
