Msg. to Shakyone...Papaverine HCL by itself has a very long shelf life. When either phentolamine or prostaglandin or both are added, that shelf life is infact decreased. Keeping the medication refrigerized slows down that degradation. Realistically speaking, 2 1/2 - 3 months and some go even longer ...
