unfortunately for me, I saw little or no potency return. I am 63 now and had RP surgery in 2015 at 57.

my mix is 30-4-20, pap,phen, pge1, i use 15-16 units. i have used up to 25 and do not see any difference in hardness or length of erection time. perhaps a little though. the more i use the less sensitive my dick us, resulting in a delayed orgasm....

i have the same issue when she is on top, though she likes it that way. i have a little venous leakage that cause me to limp a little while laying on my back. slips out some and makes me nervous as i dont want a penile injury. i just roll over to missionary style a bit, doggy some then i'm good again.

a little more info. i use a .5 ml , 30g syringe. .5 ml is 50 units, manually inject. using the smaller size syringe allows you to see the units more clear as the scale in in single units rather than 2units of the 100unit, 1ml syring. unless you inject more than .5 ml, 50units. this size should work,...

it is normal that a certain percent of men, ive heard about 30% experience pain with alprostadil. i too did originally and to some extent today. ive been injecting since my prostate removal in 3/2015. try using bimix. this is just the same but without alprostafil. may be less effective, or not. but ...

if you dont replace the extracted liquid with air, that will create a vacuum, making it harder to extract. ive always injected an equal amount of air into the bottle first.
