Re: wife (she turns 60 this year) no longer likes sex -- it hurts (so getting an implant was a waste--maybe ?)
I have been very fortunate so far re: sex with my wife. We have been married 47 years and she turns 69 in August. We typically have sex in one form or another 2-3 times per week. Two thirds of the time it is PIV but she has never needed any additional lubrication. She generally massages, bj, etc me ...

Re: Infra pubic or infra scrotal?
I think it has a lot to do with the surgeon and there has got to be some luck involved. My first implant in 2014 was done infra-pubic. I lost no feeling - I had no issues with the recovery. All went very smooth, but the implant failed at almost exactly three years. Both tubes broke close to the cyli...

Re: Titan Touch location
Mike, I am exactly four months post op today from my revision. My pump has remained high - bottom of pump bulb about level with bottom of testicles. Dr. Kramer thinks I had a hematoma that moved the pump to the high position. I tried for some time to pull down on the pump but it adhered to something...

Re: Revision to re-locate pump?
Radio Pump position on my first implant in 2014 was perfect for me - slightly lower than balls and I could move it front to back. On the revison, the pump bulb is level with my balls and the release portion of the pump is as high as it can get in my scrotum. Both pumping and release are difficult co...
Re: Keloiding
DC Music, I am at 10 weeks post surgery and have a small hard knot about 1/4" in circumference that forms a flap at one end of my incision - it is extremely sore still and is not quite healed. If I pull on it much, it bleeds a little. I was concerned about infection so took a 10 day course of C...

Re: Dr Kramer/Pre-Op Consultation
My wife and I first met with Dr Kramer the afternoon before my revision surgery. We waited maybe 15 minutes. If he was rushed, he did not show it. He took the time to annswer all our questions.

Re: My implant died at exactly 3 years.
Multiple problems - one big issue - the big issue is where the pump ended up. It is so high that it is extremely hard to get to the release. The release end of the pump assembly is adhered at the top of the scrotum. The bulb of the pump is about level with my balls so everytime I walk any significan...

Re: Titan Warranty???
Dr Kramer replaced the cylinders and pump of my Titan on 7/26/17. The hospital still charged Medicare $14418.25 for the device and Medicare approved payment (80%). My secondary insurance has not responded yet. I don't think I should have been charged but we will see. I am waiting for my secondary BC...

Re: revision question
Dr Kramer has been very good about staying in touch. He wanted me to come see him after he learned of the hematoma, but it is about a 775 mile trip so he called a friend, Dr Christine, in Birmingham, only 70 miles and had him examine me. We really haven't talked about size. I was about 6.5" in ...

Re: revision question
My first implant was pretty much a non-event. With the revision, I havehad several relatively minor issues and one major issue. Minor issues - extreme nausea from day 2 to day 10 following surgery - I think that was a reaction to anesthesia - never has that prblem before. Had alleric reaction to ant...
