One piece of advice I will give every man....DO NOT choose a surgeon because it's convenient or close to you. Do the research to find your BEST option. The surgeon with the most success stories. This is your one chance. This is YOUR penis and sexuality.

I wouldn't worry about the scarring. They use tools to remove everything inside your erectile tubes and should not be a problem at all. Personally, I would pull the trigger and get the implant put in and stop having to worry and live life again.
