28 Year old with severe ED for 3.5 years considering implant
Hi all, I've been reading this thread on and off for a couple years now and appreciate all the information that has been produced. My story is as follows: Started having erection problems at age 24, and by age 25 literally could not have sex or produce a long term viable erection, even with pills. S...

I don't refrigerate bimix and it works
Hey all, just used bimix that had been unrefrigerated for two months and worked no differently than when I had used refrigerated bimix. I know the refrigeration aspect and always needing to be near a refrigeration source bummed me out, so this development has made the psychological burden a lot less...

needle gauge?
Hey all,
I was wondering if people use a 29 gauge needle or if it is considered too big - I haven't been happy with the 31 gauge, and due to my location right now the only other available needles are 29 gauge - what are people's experiences?
Thanks!

Re: Switch from Bimix to Trimix?
That's the thing, I also get the little bit of blood in the syringe after taking the needle completely out, but that does not correlate with success. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. It seems like some combination of factors sometime allow for the penis to respond to the medication, but som...

Switch from Bimix to Trimix?
Wondering about the situations in which an upgrade to trimix has been successful from bimix - Would yall get unsatisfactory erections with bimix, yet still a response? Because for me it is all or nothing - I either get a great erection for 3 hours, or nothing at all. So I don't know if that would in...

Pace of injections?
I'm trying to troubleshoot why I am only getting about 50 percent success. For me, it's either a 3 hour erection or nothing. I notice some people advocate for the "slow injection" technique of moving the needle in deliberately. But if the problem is "glancing" off the tunica, wou...

Am I missing or is it penis fatigue/other factors?
I pretty much have the same technique every time - plump up well, go in, dimple, and push the plunger… and yet it is all or nothing for me. Some days, 3 hour erection, some days it's like absolutely nothing was injected. If this was penis fatigue, I feel like maybe I should get a weaker erection, or...

Going up in dose when doing two days in a row?
Has anyone had success going up in dose when doing two days in a row on the second day? I feel like maybe that is why I don't get results two days in a row very often.

Drop of blood in syringe after injection?
I have been noticing that there is a tiny amount of blood in the syringe once I take it out fully from my penis (I do not do the "pull back to see blood method") - Is this an indication that I got into the CC? Because I have noticed that my injections sometimes do not work even when the bl...

Bimix and refrigeration?
Hey all, I've seen a lot of differing accounts about whether bimix needs refrigeration. Does anyone have any experience with unrefrigerated syringes and how they fared? Obviously if it did not need refrigeration (I'm talking about ~7-10 days) that would be amazing for flexibility when on trips etc. ...
