Re: My implant observations so far
36 days since the implant surgery. I activated four days ago and have been cycling every day since. I had a difficult time locating and pressing the deflate button at first. I had a phone consultation with Dr. Cornell and he helped me through it. It seems that I was not pushing the deflate button lo...

Re: Looking for Implant Doctor in Houston TX
William, I would also recommend Dr. Cornell. After doing extensive reading, I chose him even though I lived out of state. I had my implant 33 days ago and all is going smoothly. He told me I had some scarring inside my penis (probably due to the Trimix injections) but with his surgical skill and exp...

Re: My implant observations so far
Watsup, thanks for the detailed deflation tutorial. That's going to be very helpful.
Ron, Dr Cornell gave me the keychain at my pre-op meeting. Probably because I asked him about it.
At day 21 today. Feeling good. Can't wait til activation. Houston, we have liftoff!

Re: What I Know Now: POST-OP
I second that about the stool softener. The pain meds will slow down your bowel movements. I didn't have one for six days. And once I did have one it was like passing a watermelon.

Re: My implant observations so far
My incision was really scary looking in the beginning, but is dramatically better now and really blending in nicely. I didn't know about the iodine. I just thought the redness was from the swelling and the ice. Saving a pain pill for the activation is a good idea. Regarding the ice, one of the smart...

Re: My implant observations so far
Hi Ron. I went to surgery that day around 9 am, so not sure where I was in the lineup. I have no soreness now. I use the neosporin too on the stitches. Seems to help the healing. My scar is much less visible now.

My implant observations so far
After reading this forum for several months, I found all the encouragement and information to finally take the leap of faith. I was implanted by Dr. Robert Cornell in Houston on August 14, 2015 and it couldn't have gone any better so far. He is a great doctor, highly experienced and conscientious. T...
