Four days post implant and all seems like it is going ok. There has been some pretty intense aching at times so I find myself laying on the bed or sofa to try and relax things. Have used some Tylenol with codeine when it becomes necessary.. Very extensive bruising of course, but I knew that was goin...

All went very well. Walked back across street to hotel.. Staff at UW were very nice people and made me very comfortable. Great experience so far and no pain yet. Sure some is coming but will be manageable. More on just what they used for length, etc to come later. Off to the bed for now.

I am scheduled in Seattle on Aug 19.. Being from Spokane, it is a 4 1/2 to 5 hr drive back home. Planning maybe 2 days post surgery in Seattle and then back home.
