Avanafil reviews

Has anyone got any experience of using Avanafil? It comes (no pun intended) in 100mg and 200mg doses and works after just 15 mins! I currently use 5mg daily cialis and so I am particularly interested in anyone who has switched from cialis.

Re: Venous leakage treatment options

For me I started using snug fit constriction ring (applied before any stimulation) which allows me to get a good erection. This allows blood to flow in but prevents the blood leaking away. How long it has been working for you? It has working reliably for a few months since I discovered the techniqu...

Re: Anal stimulation post prostatectomy

Excellent post. Thanks for that encouragement. You are very lucky that your wife has given you some anal stimulation. I have tried to encourage my wife a few times but she doesn't seem keen so holds back. The prostate massager is the next best thing but it sure does provide some pleasure down there....

Re: Erection improvement

@ Not So: What exactly does "partial" bi-lateral nerve sparing mean? I am 14 months out, with one nerve bundle gone, and got an (arguably) useable erection last week with no help other than the 5mg tadalafil I take every day. It was encouraging. Too bad there was no pussy to test it on. :...

Re: Erection improvement

That is great news Notso stiff. We had surgery around the same time. Same operation. Do you feel the vacuret has made a big difference in your recovery. Also with you living in Europe i believe, have you used the shock wave therapy that is available in Europe. Also have you used any new drugs that ...

Erection improvement

I am 2 years 8 months post prostatectomy and still have mild ED. I have been using a Vacurect pump occasionally and just recently I fitted the size 2 ring after achieving a partial erection because my usual size 4 ring would have been far too tight. To my surprise I managed to get a hard erection wi...

Re: Cowpers Gland

I seem to get some cowpers gland fluid most times but only after orgasm. It is nice to get a little reminder of past glories and is nice not to be totally dry.

Re: Cowpers Gland

Yes it certainly reminded me of old times! It definitely wasn't urine though. It was a very small amount of sticky precum. I amjust wondering if the Cowper's gland is springing back into life. Although when I asked my surgeon if he had removed the gland he said he thought he had but he didn't seem t...
