Mesh Sling Surgery

Hey everyone, Has anyone had the mesh sling surgery? I bit of background: I underwent robotic prostrate surgery in 2009. The surgery was unfortunately, not nerve sparing. After 3 years of kegels, and Trimix injections, I had a Coloplast Titan implant in 2012. Jump to today, I still experience stress...

Re: Any Suggestions??

First off, congratulations. What a great way to start off the new year! 1. As with any surgery, prepare your body; good nutrition, sleep, etc. 2. Wear sweat pants. You'll be semi-inflated when you go home and packed with surgical dressing. (You won't be conspicuous with all the padding) 3. Have comf...

Re: HELP PLEASE with deflation!!!

I've had the problem in the past and it gets better ( I have a Coloplast Titan 3.5 years now). A few things to try; 1. Don't panic. It may happen from time to time especially in the beginning. Take a break. Try a different angle. Try again. 2 Make sure your hands and scrotum are not sticky (no lube)...

Re: Pumping

Lot's of good advise here. Yes, stick with it and it really does become second nature in time! You must remember that these materials are very hard (and therefore durable) so they take time to "break in".

Inject-Ease. Free to good home!

Hey Guys, Anyone want an Inject-Ease Auto Injector? I used this for a few months when I was using Trimix injections. I had an implant this past June so it's of no use to me anymore. It uses the thinner insulin syringes and it's nice because you don't see the needle and you always get the correct dep...

Thank You!

I had my Titan Coloplast implant on June 16. It's been almost nine weeks I can now say I'm happy with the results! I want to thank everyone for the replies to my posts, private messages, and the chat room. The first few weeks were rough and your support really helped a lot. I hope that now I can hel...

Not Activated!

Hi Guys, I went in yesterday for what was to be my Titan activation 32 days post-op. Well,..It didn't happen :- The PA who does all of the post-op stuff said I was still too swollen . I think a big part of the problem was that she was rushed and the easiest thing to do was have me come back. I asked...

Deflating a Titan

My question is how the Titan is deflated. I do not have the One-Touch-Release as
my scrotum was a little too small to house it. Is deflating for me simply going to be a
matter of squeezing the bulb to drain the fluid?

Painful?

Hi Guys,

I'm scheduled to have my Titan implant activated in 2 weeks. I'm a bit concerned as I have always been a little sensitive down there. Don't like having my nuts messed with! I don't have big balls to begin with and the pump is a pretty tight fit. Please share your thoughts.

Jake
