My Urologist told me about an inch, and that the pump is reported to help with the restoration. I can't say for sure on my loss of length because I'm still ED after 8 months. I have an appointment with the pump guy at they Urologist office in two weeks.

Can someone describe the fluid mechanics of a normal erection? Or post an URL? All I can find is simple stuff flows in and stuff flows out and when the in is faster than the out, then stuff happens. This was in the description of the standard drugs. I'm at almost the 8 month mark post prostatechtomy...
