Re: Acoustic wave therapy

This is a very profitable procedure for clinics, and yes, it is heavily advertised. That does not mean that it doesn't work. There is a substantial body of peer-reviewed, independent clinical research showing that LI-ESWT can be an effective treatment for vascular ED. That last part is important . T...

Re: Has anyone here tried the Rocket or the Phoenix?

I mentioned some time back that I was using the Phoenix. Shockwave therapy give the best results for men with mild-to-moderate vascular ED. I have severe ED following prostate removal, so I wasn't expecting miracles. I've seen noticeable results, and I'm continuing to see improvement. For me, it was...

Re: Giddy clamp

I have tried the Giddy clamp. I was given a sample to review on my website. I found it to be a little easier to put on and take off than other rings and constriction bands. It comes in several sizes, so you get a good fit. There are two different tension bands so you can control the "tightness....

Re: Shockwave therapy success story?

I've seen some success stories on Quora. I am personally trying the Phoenix device for at-home shockwave therapy (I'll post back when my course of treatment is complete). They have an active Facebook group, and quite a few men there have posted success stories, both from the Phoenix, and from clinic...

Re: How long can you take Viagra before it doesn't work anymore? Months or Years?

bldoink is right. Viagra has been in use for more than 20 years, and there have been several long-term studies of its effectiveness. There is no evidence that the effectiveness decreases with long term use. However, ED symptoms can worsen over time, leading men to things that the drug has lost its e...

Re: Buy Soundwave machine?

I am currently using the Phoenix (originally called the Rocket). It is made in China, but it was designed by a California company, and ships from the US. I've spoken to the founder of the company, Dustin Wolfe, as well as their Chief Medical Officer, Dr. Paul Thompson. They claim that the energy sig...

Re: Has anyone here tried the Rocket or the Phoenix?

The FDA device classification system is complicated, and I don't understand it. However, I know enough to say that it is not simply related to power. A Class 1 device, according to the FDA, is "not intended for use in supporting or sustaining life or of substantial importance in preventing impa...

Re: Dealing with the fallout of ED

The psychological impact of ED can be severe, and it's not often talked about. It's OK to talk about it... most men with ED experience this, at least to some degree. It can also have a profound impact on your relationships. The thing about psychological problems is that they need to be dealt with. T...

Re: Viagra, cialis

There are anecdotal reports liking Viagra and Cialis to chest pain or heart attack. I don't believe there is a clinically verified link. However, if you are experiencing chest pain - whether or not you are using a PDE-5 inhibitor - you should talk to your doctor right away!

Re: Prescription pills vs natural supplements

There are a lot of clinical studies that measure the effectiveness of herbal supplements. As a broad generalization, they show no effect, or little effect. But here's the big problem - even if you want to use supplements. The herbal supplement market in the US is very poorly regulated. You literally...
