Question I am 3 months post surgery, everything is going fine both wife and I like. However I have noticed my penis is not as round as it used to be pre surgery seems a little flat, girth is good, and length was reduced about 1 inch. Anyone else seen this?

I am 4 weeks into a Titan OTR . Pain gone. But pump is as hard as a rock. Any advice?.
