Re: The Road to Becoming A Bionic Male: Answers to Questions, Concerns, and Hopes. (Penile implant Information pamphlet
Here on the west coast, Dr Ed Karpman is my urologist taking care of implant followup. I think he is an extremely qualified implant surgeon. I talked to him about my wife's disappointment that my glans does not engorge , he said that a trial of trimix gel seems reasonable, and he sent the prescript...

Re: VED therapy not for sex but for penis health
Hello DT, You mentioned pumping is not the best solution, what would you say is better. I'm 67 and lost most usable erectile capacity 6-7 years ago. I have been using VED and cycling 4-5 minutes and typically no more than 4 Hg. I don't use trimix nor do I take any medications except cialis 10mg ever...

Re: venous leak or problem with tunica
Savioe, I say go for it! I agree with Hawkman. I'm with Kaiser and have been for 30+ years, so I did not have a lot of chooses of surgeons, but did some research on him and found out he was highly recommended by Coloplast as well as a PA that I have been seeing for years. He did a great job on me, ...

Re: venous leak or problem with tunica
Hawkman, are you satisfied with the implant you recieved? It is the opinion of some that a venous leak is simply a catchall for ED, which is undoubtedly a complex issue and no gold standards and testing to rely on. The Uro I went to is very successful at what he does and the procedure cuts to the ch...

venous leak or problem with tunica
As I contemplate an implant at 66 years old I wonder if there could be some other issue at hand. I have good blood flow into the penis as shown by a recent sonogram from a local urologist that specializes in ED. As always there are other views as this problem isn't completely understood. Has anyone ...

by dtwarren1942 » Mon Mar 19, 2012 5:01 pm Before I discovered the franktalk forum, I joined several penis enlargement/enhancement forums which it turns out have a lot of information on improving erection quality and helping with ED issues. One particular regemin involves pulse pumping ((higher vac...

Re: Wave Therapy?
Thank you for sending the study ETGuy, it looks interesting. It's also interesting I have venous insufficiency of the saphenous vein in the left leg and had it removed. I'll have to look and see if there is any correlation between saphenous insufficiency of the left and ED. I will be seeing a doctor...
