Zephyr implants
I was flicking through a Google images search and something caught my eye: http://www.urologiajournal.com/article/8f151096-1e6d-4e1d-930c-ee543a82dd3f So it appears there are at least three manufacturers of 3-piece inflatables. I had no idea. A couple more links: https://www.zsimplants.ch/en/product...

Re: Lost motivation
It is entirely a matter for you Merrix whether you continue to participate or not, but I do wish to say that I found your writings exceptionally helpful to my own deliberations and - irrespective of any recent issues - you are to be congratulated for the unusual level of detail, (relative) objectivi...

Re: AussieRjay's implant journey
Re the surgical videos grossing people out, I can fully understand how it might but I can't say it grossed me out and I watched a couple of them before I had my surgery. I'd rather know exactly what's about to happen in some detail than be blissfully unaware. It was helpful to have those videos, fro...

Re: AussieRjay's implant journey
Hi Eveready I wish I could say I was raring to go back to work at 2 weeks, in reality I was off for three full weeks and some half-days in the fourth week. I was lucky in that I saved up a lot of annual leave before I had this done, to make sure I was well and truly covered. I also am fortunate enou...

Re: Are not you afraid that the implant will fail?
I'm not afraid it will fail; I've just had it installed at 44, I know for a fact it will fail at some point. I knew that before I ever saw the surgeon. Thing is, my penis had already failed. All medical decisions are made on a risk/benefit analysis. The benefit - at least, to me - outweighed the ris...

Re: Vulva atrophy
I am not a doctor, but from what I understand the vagina, like the penis, is a use or lose organ, especially after menopause. Lack of oestrogen causes atrophic changes to the tissues. If a post menopausal woman goes without sex long enough, the vaginal canal itself can stenose to the point where it ...

Congratulations Tenk!
Your pain will be OK if you take your meds as directed (don't wait til you're at a high level of pain before you take them) and most importantly stay off your feet. Three days flat on your back except to pee would be my advice to you.

Re: Implants that last 15 years rather than 8 years -- what do the long lasting implantees recommend ?
One to two times per week on average... I was intending to use it 1-2 times a day. Hopefully that doesn't mean it will last 1/7th as long. Thoughts? While failure modes for both devices have been identified, it is not at all clear to what extent device age, frequency of use, and sheer luck contribu...

Re: are there someone solve severe PE problem after implant surgery?
i have both PE and ED Ok. I just wanted to make sure :) if you go to the past.. would you get surgery at beginnig that ed start? It's too soon to answer that as I have not been cleared to pump up yet, so I don't know exactly how things are going to be, subjectively, for me. My function fell off ove...
