Re: Which implant did you and do you regret it?
i am super happy with my 22 cm titan with no rte. It is a big dick...big girth, decent 6 inch length. love it might be a little too much for my 60 year old wife, though, but that is in large part due to women's related vagina atrophy I have a 21 cm AMS 700 LGX w/ 3cm RTE...definitely got the advert...

Re: does having an implant complicate prostate surgery?
Unfortunately, Urolift wasn't an option for me. My medial lobe had grown so much that it extended a good way into the bladder which created a ball flap of sorts. Urolift can't fix that. I needed some form of prostate enucleation. TRUP, HoLEP, Green light, etc. I went with TURP. Have you had a cytos...

Re: AMS 700 LGX's 20% expansion : Myth or truth?
Hello. I've got a question for AMS 700 LGX users. BS claims that it can expand up to 20-25%. Is it a myth or a truth? To be honest, it seems like an "exageration" to me: maybe it can expand up to 5-10%, but not more.. If this was real, wouldn't anyone solve their lenght/girth issues? I me...

Re: The purpose of RTE's
I think you're probably right about inventory. Also, maybe it makes it easier for the surgeon but not as good for the patient? Whatever the reason, I wish I didn't have RTEs. Whether or not your surgeon uses RTEs in your case primarily depends upon getting optimal placement of the pump in your scro...

Re: Urolift procedure
Have any of u guys either had or know someone who has had a Urolift procedure? I was looking into the Urolift procedure last year (had already tried the usual meds...hated the side effects) but my enlarged prostate size was beyond the 80 cc size limit. Went with the high power Greenlight laser trea...

Re: Implant failed after 2.5 years. How much Dr. Kramer or Dr. Eid charge for a revision?
Eid is Titan exclusive and Kramer prefers AMS. For sure? Dr. Kramer isn't locked into either one. Per his more recent videos, he implants a lot of Titans...in fact it would appear that as of late, he's doing more Titans than AMS implants. He bases his choice on what the patient wants in conjunction...

Re: Diabetes and implant surgery
Wondering if any of you are diabetic who have had the procedure. Specifically I'm curious about how your recovery times may have been impacted because of your diabetes and poor blood flow that can result from it. I'm a Type 2 diabetic & had no healing problems...was a little sore in the scrotum...

Re: How Hard is your AMS LGX
Im scheduled for implant on 9/6/2019 and of course I'm nervous, worried, and terrified of a coming out with a 2-3 inch penis. The Mens Clinic PA at my Urologist office told me to try out this model they had from Boston Scientific, and after i pumped it up the penis didn't feel very hard, almost spo...
