I have mild post RARP ED. Cialis use is not quite getting me a 10/10 erection. Opted for trimix. Had two Urologist supervised injections of 0.2ml and 0.4ml (NO cialis for 2 days before injections). Neither produced a 10/10 erection. Urologist recommended 0.5ml for my first trial at home... I instead...
