Have tried several manual pumps in the shower. Never an Erecaid. Mostly cheaper ebay/Amazon types. Not one of them lasted more than a couple of months. I have the Encore Deluxe. Both the manual and electric pump are more than adequate for the job.
I didn't care for the rings that came with the pump, but others are fine with them.

I don't need a gauge as I just vacuum until I feel any discomfort and back off a little. I also mark the tube to where I'm comfortable and some days I can reach it and sometimes not. Generally, I feel more discomfort from the tube pressing against my pelvic area and back off a little from that. I T...
