Re: Return of Erections
Sorry for the late reply.. My case is similar to yours, but as Tolstoy should have said, everyone who has ed has it in their own way. I had a radical prostatectomy on Nov 21 2016, contained within the prostate, believed to be nerve-sparing. I am also continent except for some urge leaks – I just don...

Re: Questions about Pycnogenol and L-Arginine
I am now 18 months after my prostatectomy. For some 9 months or so I have taken a combination of L-Citrulline and Maritime Pine Bark in powder form sourced from the UK, which is still expensive but not as much as the branded Pycnogenol. I get the impression that my penis is a little thicker, but no ...

Re: Return of Erections
I would think that it depends on what was the operation.

Re: Manscaping - (from Implants)
Thanks Barespirits. I know it's not everyone's cup of tea, but I am sold on the bare look and will continue for as long as I can. In the interests of transparency (and please excuse the off-topic excursion) the pic in my previous post was taken a couple of years ago when I was 73, before my prostate...

Re: Manscaping - (from Implants)
I use the Philips BG2024/15 Body Groomer (about £35) which gives a quite close trim (without the supplied guard) that is almost akin to shaving, without the problems you can get with shaving. In a couple of years I have never had a single nick, it is very safe. I have trimmed my backside for many ye...

Re: Meds or Vitamins to Widen Blood Vessels?
My ED is not mild, more like absolute. I don't get morning wood, more like a wilting asparagus spear. I can't advise you except to try L-Cit and MPB for a few weeks to see if it improves your lot.

Re: Questions about Pycnogenol and L-Arginine
I have found that the powder is far cheaper than tablets for both items. Also get generic French Maritime Pine Bark Extract instead of Pycnogenol, again far cheaper. Oh yes, I read that L-Citrulline is better than L-Arginine for absorption and beneficial effect (plenty of online articles on that).

Re: Meds or Vitamins to Widen Blood Vessels?
I have been using a mixture of L-Citrulline and Maritime Pine Bark extract in powder form for some months. I take about 10 grams in the evening, which gives about 150 mg MPB and the rest L-Cit. Pycnogenol is I believe a trade name and pricey, but you can get MPB extract from other souces. It tastes ...

Re: Length inside or outside the device
To add a little more to my post (and I am cognisant that this is an ed, not a penis enhancement, forum), if we assume that the spl is equal to the natural erection length then for penis rehabilitation one should pump up to spl length and no more. In other word reproduce the natural erection as far a...
