Re: Cycling to break up peyronies scar tissue?
Many gave success w xiaflex (see peyronies society forum), but so far I have not either. Do you have an implant already and a peyronies bend? I got an implant after going through the verapamil and Xiaflix injections, which had worsened my condition. Dr. Kramer advised that I had a 90 degree upward ...

Re: Cycling to break up peyronies scar tissue?
I would definitely stay away from Xiaflix. I had the full course of shots and the injections made my peyroines worse! When I went for a consult with Dr. Kramer prior to my implant he advised that there has not been much success with Xiaflix. I also did a course of Verapamil injection prior to the Xi...

Inflating an AMS
Quick question. Will the AMS keep expanding in length and/or girth as long as one can still depress the inflate buld? I have gotten to the point of being able to depress the inflate buld over and over but have not noticed any additional growth.
AMS LGX
The AMS LGX has the capacity to expand 18-20% in length over time. Does it expand from the original inflated length after surgery or just from the flacid length after surgery?
Pumping
I realize that full pump squeezes will inflate the implant but when one is no longer able to perform full pumps squeezes how little can one squeeze while still contributing to inflation? Just wondering if it is useful to continue partially squeezing to gain more length/girth. Also, if one has an AMS...

Re: Can an implant regain lost size?
No. In fact st to how moment - 8 weeks post implant I am about 1/2-3/4" less than pre surgery. Dr says he sized me correctly and I should not have any loss on size or girth but realistically o don't see me getting back to the length I had pre surgery. My girth is significantly less and I feel a...

Re: Can an implant regain lost size?
Before the implant I had about a 35 degree bend upwards. However during the implant surgery Dr. Kramer said that when fully inflated I had about a 95 degree bend. With modeling he reduced it to about 10 degree - hardly noticeable

Re: Can an implant regain lost size?
Yes. I agree. I was much better off before the injections - lost at least 1/2-3/4" from scar tissue/peyroines- most of it caused by the injections.
