You'll always going to feel your tubing in your sac . I wouldn't worry about the 4 weeks to start cycling ,my cycling started at 4wks and after 5 months I'm nearly back to my pre-op size.

I wouldn't give up. I had an implant removed without a replacement after complications in 2012 ( Coloplast Titan). In April I was re implanted by another doctor with an LGS 700CX. and it has worked out great.

I started at 5.5 in. erect at 4 wks. now at 4.5 mo. I'm at 6.5 in.

When activated mine had a definite downward angle . Now after 4 mo. and daily cycling it is near a full 3 o'clock position. I have a bit of a gut and apron which puts downward pressure on it which may factor into things. I haven't put any upward pressure on it during cycling but will in the future.

I agonized over this for years and made myself miserable. 4 mo. in and having a great time.

I reached my pre implant stretch length this morning of 6.5 ". Will this be the maximum or will I be able to gat a little more? I was about 6.75" erect before ED. I'm happy with what I have and don't want to sound greedy.
