Prostate & Hard Flaccid issues - Cured with implant?
I know many people here got their implant after having their prostate removed. This is not me. I have Peyronie's disease after an injury during sex, along with symptoms of "hard flaccid" and prostatitis/chronic pelvic pain syndrome. These symptoms include: - Swollen muscles around prostate...

Re: Did anyone gain or lose girth with Titan?
Hi Jay! I had a very slight indentation toward the base of my penis that may or may not have been PD. Where my usual shaft circumference is 5", it was maybe 4.5". Post-implant it is a bit above 5", and the doc says it might grow a bit more in girth as well. He mentioned when he first...

Re: Did anyone gain or lose girth with Titan?
mleeh2020: Interesting. Yes that type of narrowing is pretty much what I have as well. It started on one side only but eventually got to both sides. I know what you mean with "shouldering off", I do this completely on the left side. I'm very interested in hearing/seeing some updates from y...

Did anyone gain or lose girth with Titan?
And if you did, what was your girth before the implant, was it smaller or larger than average? I am thinking of having a Titan implanted within the next 6-8 months. I have been suffering from Peyronie's disease for the last 4 years, and I've now lost an insane amount of girth from that. I have PD on...

Re: Difficult lesson learned....UPDATE
^ Alcohol swabbing is overkill imo. A shower would be good enough. It can't carry bacteria into the skin anyway as these particles are too large.

Re: Is it Just Me?
You need to start kegel exercises. Did Kramer examine you bladder before your implant? Dr. Hakky does a cystoscopy to check for possible problems. Also make sure you are deflating it completely or the cylinders will slow down the flow and hold back the last drops. Or he may actually need to do reve...

Re: Switching from AMS 700LGX to Titan
I'm pre-implant. I've read a lot in Franktalk about Titan vs. AMS and consistently hear that the Titan is better for larger men and provides more girth. Does that mean that the Titan can NOT be used for average men (5" - 6" length)? I'd be surprised if a company like Coloplast would make ...

Re: Switching from AMS 700LGX to Titan
If it is only because you want a bigger penis and the AMS is working as it is supposed to work, I really don’t recommend it. I am surprised Dr Kramer did not talked you out of it. If you go from 5,5-6 to 4,5 or less in girth then it's completely understandable why he'd want a replacement. If he hat...
