Re: Decided to go for it. Help, advice, and support is appreciated.

I had my surgery on 3/27 and this week was the first time I was able to have sex with my LGX. I am now feeling regret I did not do it sooner! You are correct there is no going back and what God gave us always works best, but I have to admit that mine simply wasn't working any longer. When one can't ...

May 22nd Update Well, my opened incision area finally healed up in the past week and I have started to cycle. I definitely lost some length although I think my girth is basically the same. One interesting side note is that my implant would start to inflate on its own because my reservoir is around m...

Re: Implant Doctor in California ?

Dr David in Sherman Oaks did my surgery on 3/27. I've had a few complications, mainly my incision didn't heal right and opened up about an inch. Dr David was great, his staff was great and I would personally recommend him. Good luck!

Re: Implant Surgery 10:30 am March 27th. Journal to follow

I am on week 4 since surgery and unfortunately my journey has not been a smooth one. I was prepared (and warned by my urologist) that the first two weeks can be rough, and indeed for me they were very rough. Week one required constant pain meds and despite icing, my entire groin was severely swollen...

Re: Package Position

I am 10 days post op and have found that Tommy John briefs are a good mix of support and comfort. They have a pouch built into them that seems to support a bulging package without looking like a tent up front. I went back to work after 7 days and found that I could not position my package up as the ...

Re: Well. I did it. I made the appointment

Congrats and good luck! I am 4 days out after my surgery and yes there is pain involved but all manageable. Welcome to the brotherhood and keep researching information. This board helped me tremendously in not just information, but in making the decision to get the appointment made. I am documenting...

Re: Implant Surgery 10:30 am March 27th. Journal to follow

48 hr update I thought I was getting a bladder or kidney infection since it burned more than usual and for longer than usual when peeing on day 2. I also began battling a bowel obstruction which I have had 4 times in the past. My temp never spiked and I went on a liquid diet just to be safe until I ...

Re: Implant Surgery 10:30 am March 27th. Journal to follow

Sneezing is a big ouchy for me too but to be expected. I am swollen more than expected but we'll see what it looks like on Wednesday after my first follow up. I am hoping to go to my office late this week as I have a big project due to be completed. At 6 days were you feeling normal enough resume yo...

Re: Implant Surgery 10:30 am March 27th. Journal to follow

Not quite 24 hours out of surgery and wanted to post my first update. From pre-op prep to recovery room was about 90 minutes. I received an LGX implant with a scrotal incision. I spent 2 hours in recovery before being released and they were quite frankly very very difficult physically. I have a high...
